The Stocking Stuffers – Christmas Gift Guide #4

December is just flying by. So this will be the last of the Christmas Gift Guides and it’s mostly stuff I haven’t tried yet but have wanted to….so whether you’re looking for something to stuff a stocking, little treat for someone special or a gift for a secret Santa this should have you covered! I’m pretty sure a few of these may just appear in my stocking ( should I have one) come Christmas morning, seeing as though I am Santa in this household!

Christmas Gift Guide – Stocking Stuffers

Balance Me Super Protecting Hand Cream Set – $26.25AU

As a sufferer of dry hands a little pack of two hand creams is always welcomed! The set features the Rose Otto  Hand Cream and the Super Moisturising Hand Cream in 50 ml tubes which are a handy size for your handbag. Balance Me is a brand I’ve heard plenty of good things about but have yet to try anything from them…yet.

Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector Pressed Champagne Pop – $60AU

Australians everywhere were cheering when Sephora Australia FINALLY launched their online store. Not so long after the launch did the little compact of pure glow that is Becca x Jaclyn Hill Shimmering Skin Perfector in Champagne Pop land on site. And then like magic, POOF it seems it’s gone again. There is a link for us Aussies to waitlist it for when more stock comes in, so if you’re an Aussie and you’ve heard all the raves online for months on end (believe them – this highlighter is amazeballs) you can click here to go on the waitlist.

Glam Glow Thirsty Mud Mini Hydration Mask – $28AU

I have been hearing Siobhan from Beautylymin (if you don’t read her already, you need to! She’s amazing) praising this mask for yonks so I thought it necessary to indulge in a mini to try it out. ‘Tis the season for re-hydrating whether you be in the northern hemisphere dealing with winter or in the southern hemisphere dealing with de-hydration from all those Christmas/New years celebratory drinks in the sun.

Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara – $17AU

Awful, awful product name, but this little travel sized mascara packaged up like a tree decoration is just too cute! Never tried it, but I’ve heard some people absolutely rave about this mascara so I am super interested to see if all the fuss is justified.

Tocca Crema Veloce Hand Cream Set – $23AU

As a big fan of the Tocca fragrance Florence (read my thoughts on it here) and also a fan of the Cleopatra scented candle when I spotted this I knew it had to happen. Three mini hand creams in the scents – Cleopatra (grapefruit/cucumber), Bianca (green tea/lemon) and Simone (watermelon/frangipani) which you can either divide up between three friends/sisters/relatives or gift the entire mini set to someone. Each tube is 30ml so handy again for the handbag or travelling.

Kit Cosmetics Makeup Brush Holder – Fast Track To Flawless – $28AU

A silver mirrored sloganed makeup brush holder? Ah yes please. I am never short of brushes to be contained! Also available in a gold version with the slogan ‘I Woke Up Like This’.

This Work Dream Team – $15.60AU

Give someone the gift of a good nights sleep with this handy little travel/trial size pack including the Deep Sleep Pillow Spray and the Deep Sleep Stress Less. Again, I haven’t tried this but the Deep Sleep Heavenly Candle is one of my all time faves and I got raves reviews from my bestie who I gifted a Deep Sleep set to last Christmas. So I will be definitely trying this one out!

Lipstick Queen Cupids Bow – $32AU

I love Christmas time when you may give or receive presents that the other person may not necessarily have tried or bought for themselves. It’s always fun to experiment with something new! So in this spirit I decided to pick up a product from a brand I’ve never tried anything from before. Lipstick Queen Cupids Bow Pencils seem quite similar in looks and (from a swatch only) formulation to the Nars Satin Lip Pencils. I picked up the shade Nymph which is an everyday type of neutral pink.

So that’s it. Anything here catch your eye? What are you hoping to appear in your Christmas stocking?

Truth be told apparently I’m a little old for a Christmas stocking and stockings in this house are reserved for little Mr 7. So perhaps I may have to give one or two of these a try a little earlier than December 25…that’s only fair.
