Natasha Denona’s line of makeup has been gaining some serious momentum as of late and honestly in all fairness, I had not even heard of her until probably less than 2 months ago. But lately such an influx of bloggers and YouTubers are singing the praises of this line that I just had to try something from the line – yep, same old story… beauty blogger falling for hype … shocker! – but what should I get?
I settled on the All Over Glow Face & Body Shimmer Powder in 01 Light which I ordered from Beautylish – rambly sidenote: Beautylish has one of the fastest international shipping times I have ever experienced. It is always a pleasure buying from Beautylish as I get products faster than I can in Australia in a lot of instances.
‘The All Over Glow is a hydrating shimmer, in powder form, that gives a glowing and healthy texture to the skin. This product may be applied to both face and body, and is ideal for creating that perfect Hollywood look. It has long last performance and ensures that the skin is left with a gentle shimmer and glowing finish for hours.’
Oh my word… this highlight is … in a word… gorgeous. The official blurb may contain the word ‘shimmer’ but in my opinion there is nothing shimmery about it. It is just full on glow and radiance. No chunky bits, no glitter or even particles. Just pure shine.
I have shade 01 Light which has a pink / gold look to the powder in the pan. I love how Natasha Denona has released three shade depths to this highlight as it makes it far more accessible for all women of all colours to get on board the highlight train and this is one formula you won’t want to miss out on.
For best results it is advised to use this over the top of the Face Glow Cream Shimmer (which I don’t have) but I just can’t imagine how much better the glow could even possibly be. Obviously it must be on another level!
Retailing on Beautylish for $38USD for 10g of product housed in a beautiful reflective gold package not only does this product perform but it does so looking fabulous!
I am already now coveting so much more from the Natasha Denona makeup line. Like literally. I want everything.
Have you heard of Natasha Denona? What’s your thoughts on her makeup line?
